In collaboration with Futureberry

The problem: Conad’s employees don’t know how to use the APP and therefore can’t help customers if needed. Other than that employees receive many communications daily so there is a need to create a strong and attractive coordinated image for the whole campaign, that follows Conad’s guidelines but will be recognizable amongst the many.
The brief: creating an internal campaign to raise awareness on the existence of the APP and incentives to learn more about it.
The solution:

  • adv print campaign to show in the warehouses, locker rooms, offices and break rooms
  • pin for the App Ambassador
  • stickers to create a guerrilla comunication
  • “how to” forms that look into the most common problems between customer and app and teach you the way to solve them.
